Nex-Tech has been working since 2020 to bring reliable and affordable high-speed, fiber-based internet to Great Bend. We are looking at expanding in your area, and we would love to have your feedback to help determine if there is enough interest to make the project feasible.

Q: I still haven’t signed up for Nex-Tech fiber service. Is it too late to get a drop at my home?
A: No, it’s not too late! We can put in an order now to get you on the schedule for a free fiber drop to your home. It won’t cost you anything and gives you the ability to take any of the Nex-Tech services available in your area.

Q: How long will it take to get service?
A: If you have a Nex-Tech fiber drop to your home already, an order can be started today to get you on the installation schedule. If you do not yet have fiber to the outside of your home, our construction team will need to install a drop. The length of time for burying the drop will vary depending on your home’s location and if there is existing fiber built through your area yet. To speed this process up, we recommend selecting the services you are interested in so an order can be started in the system.

Q: How do I know you won’t raise my price after signing up?
A: With Nex-Tech fiber Internet, the price you see is the price you pay. Our blazing fast 1 Gig Internet for $69 includes all the extra features you might be charged extra for elsewhere, and is not an introductory price.

Q: Will fiber be offered in zones K & L in the future?
A: While there are no current plans to build fiber-to-the-home in these two zones, Nex-Tech can provide Internet and other services through other technologies. The speeds and prices may be different here, but a site survey can let you know what is available to you.
