Looking for a donation or sponsorship for your club, team, or non-profit?

What should you know?

• Requests are reviewed twice per month.
• If your request is $2,000 or larger, please provide additional information on:
  • Fundraising efforts
  • Other donors and amounts received (if applicable)
  • Total of project or item
• Hundreds of requests are received each year. Because of this, we ask that you submit your request at least 6 weeks prior to your ‘need to know by’ date.
• You will be notified if your request has been approved or declined.
• At this time, we do not donate to or sponsor individuals or religious affiliations.

If you are requesting to use the Nex-Tech Train or Nex-Tech Grill, you will need to fill out the sponsorship request form and the specific consent form and procedures form.
