Teacher
Award Program
Let’s celebrate the amazing educators who inspire us every day!
Join the Teacher Appreciation Project and help us say THANK YOU to those making a difference in our communities.
Nex-Tech wants to show our appreciation with 10 – $250 grants for teachers that go the extra mile!
In the 2024-2025 school year, teachers across the nation spent an average of $895 out-of-pocket on classroom supplies and student needs.* The Nex-Tech Teacher Project was created by the Nex-Tech Leadership Class 2025 to provide monetary grants and donations to Nex-Tech service area teachers to help offset these costs.

What is Leadership Nex-Tech?
Leadership Nex-Tech mirrors other community leadership programs by providing both leadership development/training, and community leadership – but the community is Nex-Tech!
This internal initiative began in 2023 and aims to uplift and engage our employees for personal and professional growth. Each year of 12 elected employees is tasked with creating a class project. This is how the Teacher Appreciation Project was born!
