HR 4032, introduced yesterday by Representative Randy Feenstra (R-IA), mirrors the Senate version and is co-sponsored by a bipartisan group of lawmakers including Rep. Teresa Leger Fernández (D-NM), Co-Lead and Co-Chair of the Rural Broadband Caucus, Rep. Tracey Mann (R-KS), Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY), and Rep. Melanie Stansbury (D-NM).
