The Universal Service Fund (USF) is a system of telecommunications fees managed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to ensure affordable and widespread access to telecommunications services. Nex-Tech Loans $50,000 to Support Auto Shop in Osborne, KS
LENORA, KS, July 14, 2025 – Nex-Tech has made a $50,000 loan to support the effort of Birdsall Automotive to open an automotive shop and service the vehicle needs of the northwest region of Kansas. The loan was made possible through the Nex-Tech Revolving Loan Fund, which provides funds to eligible local businesses to create employment and contribute to sustaining the local economy. The loan is a testament to our commitment to making life better for the customers and communities we serve.
Nex-Tech Recognizes Mental Health Awareness Month with Employee-Driven Charity Donations
Hays, KS, July 10, 2025 — In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Nex-Tech provided a variety of resources and information to its employees. Nex-Tech is committed to supporting the mental health of its employees through its Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which offers access to counseling services, financial and legal assistance, resources for stress management, and work-life balance. Additional resources are available through Nex-Tech’s health insurance company and its benefits provider. Nex-Tech’s Care Committee organized a fun and engaging Bingo game that encouraged employees to prioritize well-being, learn about mental health, and connect with others.
