ONTÂ Equipment Upgrade
We are currently upgrading customer equipment in Russell, but will be continuing in Osborne and WaKeeney.
You will be receiving a phone call from customer service in order to schedule your upgrade!
Once scheduled, a Nex-Tech technician will remove the ONT electronics located in the box on the exterior of your home and replace it with a smaller ONT modem on the interior of your home.
You will need to be home for this upgrade.
