IDP assistance provides up to a $30.00 monthly discount on our 1 GIG fiber residential Internet
service per month.
A consumer may be eligible if they meet one of the following criteria:

Currently participating in certain assistance programs, such as Medicaid, SNAP, Section 8 Housing

Household income is at or below 135% of the federal poverty level.

I still haven’t signed up for Nex-Tech fiber service. Is it too late?
It’s not! We can put in an order now to get you on the schedule for a free fiber drop to your home. Once completed, you’ll be set to install Nex-Tech Internet, TV and/or phone services.

How long will it take to get service?
If you have a Nex-Tech fiber drop to your home already, an order can be started today to get you on the installation schedule. If you do not yet have fiber to the outside of your home, our construction team will need to install a drop. The length of time for burying the drop will vary depending on your home’s location and if there is existing fiber built.

How do I know you won’t raise my price after signing up?
With Nex-Tech fiber Internet, the price you see is the price you pay. Our blazing fast 1 Gig Internet for $69 includes all the extra features you might be charged extra for elsewhere, and is not an introductory price.
