Austin Gagnon is a Senior Carrier Account Representative at Nex-Tech, bringing over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He started his career as an outside plant technician before spending six years as a Service Assurance Specialist in Nex-Tech’s Network Operations Center. With Cisco CCNA and MEF-CECP certifications, Austin has played a key role in supporting regional fiber networks across six states. Outside of work, he is a proud father of four children under eight and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and family whenever he can.Â
