Warehouse Assistant II- Lenora, KS

Warehouse Assistant II generates purchase orders using the proper requisition. Assigns inventory part numbers for all materials, products and supplies. Receives and inspects product matching the packing slip to actual product received. Enters all receivables into the computer database, attaches appropriate documentation to the purchase order for record keeping, and forwards vendor invoices to Accounts Payable for payment. Obtains bids from suppliers, negotiates discounts, and forwards appropriate paperwork to Accounting staff to place product order. And dispatches appropriate materials to technicians, entering all transactions in the computer database.
 
Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
omputer experience beneficial.

Nex-Tech is seeking a technically savvy, customer oriented individuals to assist callers with telephone, Internet, and cable television service issues as a Help Desk Representative. If you enjoy technology, a challenge and working with people, this may be the job for you!
 
Job duties include supporting customers via phone and e-mail with telephone, computer, Internet, and cable television related troubleshooting and questions, and maintaining customer database.
 
Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
One year experience working with personal computers, various software programs, and the Internet or equivalent training, and/or customer service experience.
