Human Resource Assistant – Any Nex-Tech Location
Nex-Tech is looking for an energetic, career driven person to join a cohesive, supportive team environment with the opportunity for growth! Our Human Resources Assistant oversees employee benefit plans by working with employees to complete benefit enrollment, change paperwork and address changes, resolves employee questions, and investigates claims issues. Administers recruiting and hiring activities, position and structure changes, employee separation paperwork, employee training, the performance evaluation process, and maintains the Human Resources software database. Assists Safety Coordinator with program administration and recordkeeping and performs other administrative tasks such as record scanning and filing. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information are needed for this position.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent, plus two years of professional administrative work or equivalent experience.
