Learn On‐the‐Job While You Are In School
Looking for real, job experience while you are going to school? You’ve looked in the right place! This program is designed to help match you with a local, northwest or north central Kansas business, where you can gain hands‐on job skills by working and shadowing for a few hours daily or weekly, while you complete your school semester.

If you are a high school senior or college student living in or attending school in one of the following 28 Kansas counties, you are eligible to apply! Eligible counties include: Barton, Cheyenne, Cloud, Decatur, Ellis, Ellsworth, Gove, Graham, Jewell, Lincoln, Logan, Mitchell, Norton, Osborne, Ottawa, Phillips, Rawlins, Republic, Rooks, Rush, Russell, Saline, Sheridan, Sherman, Smith, Thomas, Trego, and Wallace.
