I am concerned about my water pipes breaking in my home when I am gone during the winter. Is there any way the security system can monitor if there is a flood in my house?
Yes, with the installation of a flood detector, the security system will alert the monitoring station that there is a flood and then the monitoring station will alert you.

Will my home security system continue to work if my house loses power?
Yes, each security system has its own built in battery pack and will continue to work up to 24 hours after the power goes out. When the main power returns, the system will return to its previous state.

What if I set off my own alarm?
If your alarm is armed and you accidentally set off the alarm, one of our trained monitoring representatives will call you right away to make sure everything is okay at your home. Then you can explain the situation about the false alarm.

How easy would it be for a burglar to break into my house?
